Breach of confidentiality, assess whether Dr. Vijaya can do anything about it, JPJ, and also whether Dr. vijaya can inform florence

THIS IS A CRAZY TOPIC ! Seriously, very hard to find la. So, I'm going to use more of my own words to answer this.

Dr. Vijaya already owes Lucia confidentiality of her information. He cannot simply release any facts about her to anyone. However, if Dr. Vijaya were to release the fact that she had a cataract to the JPJ, it would not be a breach as it is very important for the organization to be informed. If this information was release to her family member like Florence, it probably wouldn't be a breach of confidentiality also as having a cataract while needing to drive is something important and a direct family member should have the right to know about it. Dr. Vijaya can't do much about her driving, only to report to appropriate people and organizations and give proper advise.

Whether or not the JPJ can do something, I'm not quite sure. Can't find that. But I think a fine can be imposed based on the legal issue posting because cataract will definitely cause you have poor vision.
